Looks labor intensive to animate in such style. Probably the opening quote about obscurity getting noticed refers to this.
Animation looks great, some design choices like grass on inside of building are entertainingly obscure.
The wanna be hero stuff reminds me of Legends of Reemus adventure games that are also on NG, but with as far as it looks now more interesting world and characters.
Seems like a comedy show, but didn't make me laugh. The obscure moments are somewhat entertaining trough.
I dislike the crude voice of the girl.
Very hard to tell how this series will turn out, if next episode contains battle with wasps it will probably be more telling.
