Wow, this is really awesome, though with a few rough spots here and there. With a little work i could see this airing on adult swim.

lol 2 Blackwalt saying its "too racial" are Japanese anime "too racial" because all the characters and inside jokes are Japanese in nature? I don't feel this animation is trying to be anything I just see the artists being themselves. That being said damn this was awesome it looked like something on Adult Swim! I can see a lot of the early 2000s animation influences. Really creative.
