Nice concept, but sadly not very well executed; the game lacks that real emotional kick that could've had, plus there's no death penalty, or any real way to have a choice on what happens. The controls are not the most intuitive or good, and overall feels a bit pretentious. Still, could be polished into a really good game.

The gameplay was okay but the controls weren't great for what you were attempting to do. The fact the punishment for failure wasn't that great kind of counter-balanced it. As for the ending it wasn't good at all. Very expected and also kind of annoying. If you wanted to keep all the same elements I'd say have the player have forgotten his task or had a new one.
Even then though the ending doesn't really explore the topic of transhumanism in any sort of new or interesting way.
