Needs subtitles. Could barely understand what Hitler was saying.
Also I had the misfortune of watching "Look who's back" not too long ago, so I can't help but feel this is an mediocre version of that, save the gag at the end. While the animation is good, I didn't laugh at all for any of the humor. Some of which didn't make any sense (like the daughter turning into a cat).
I'm watching this at 4 in the morning, so I can't be as constructive as I'd like to be.
It was very boring. The animation was ok, not great. The voice acting was a little bad, especially with Hitler and the mom. Random outbursts of cursing, with no real gag to it. I only really noticed 2 jokes, and they were really lame. The concept of the animation is a little half baked, maybe if it were done in a more serious light as in, what if Hitler really did stick with art instead of politics instead of the modern kids trying to help him. If you were going for funny, maybe work on the jokes and the plot. If you were going for a more touching feel, maybe try to add a bit more emotion to it, like perhaps Hitler realizing his mistakes on his own.
