It's hard to actually critcize a work of passion. Actual criticism, not the empty platitudes most tend to give. So, let's start from the top.
The lighting is amazing. The effects, how it affects characters and environments. Great job. The look and animation of objects is likely the best I've seen in a fanmade animation.
The characters, though, both the look and animation need work. Also, some obvious shortcuts were taken here and there, despite the also obvious amounts of work that went into this. I imagine there are valid reasons for that, or hope there were, but in the end it still detracts from the overall quality and feeling of the video.

It's just so.... pretty!
This was still under judgment when clicked on it, no stars yet. I wasnt't expecting much as the cover image was soo dark (it didn't grab my attention). So surprised when it started playing, it oozes quality, the smoothness of the animation, sound quality of the music and cast. Well done!
I usually stray away from this stuff, but the effort put in is just too much to gloss over
