It is my understanding that it's not supposed to be that fast :P Well, I'm glad it is. Because it'd probably be a hell of a lot more boring regular speed. Faster is better man! :D

The entire thing is just a bunch of crap, and the people were just the same drawing and when they moved he just moved them from side to side. and you need to get good at just making a character actually move, make them look different and have good backrounds before you try to do the more advanced animations like the bullet time, which made this thing look even worse.
