The ghost should move faster to the right as your score goes up. When you hit something and loose a hart, the ghost should temporarly be invincable. Also add some sound, you will see that it makes the game so much better. One last thing; when the mines grow and shrink, make sure that their collider also changes with their size (couldn't tell if this was the case or not).
