A masterpiece, that's what. This song is great, and trance-like, but haunting. It wouldn't be out of place in an arcade platform game, during a boss fight maybe. This is awesome stuff, the lyrics are awesomely evil, and whatnot. And don't get me started on the melody. The melody, how great; catchy, beautiful and definitely there. It picks up on emotions and makes you, well quite frankly, I can't express it.
This song would be perfect in let's say, an anime, or even Dance Dance Revolution, and that's a complement.

Haha, Cagedrealm AKA Resonance was the one who added those nice square stabs in the song, which I think gave it that nice videogame feel :D
That melody was written on whim. We were sitting there and he said "We need to Dracul by Infected Mushroom on this song. Humming voices and everything". So.... that melody is the first thing that we came up with :) Glad you liked it!

About the vocals being clearer; the only way thats happening is if we don't use a vocoder... and that kind of sets up the entire mood for the vocals. Not muchw e can do there :(

I really liked the intro to the arp. It really fit the song well. I liked the vocals too, they fit the "feel" of the song, and the humming or whatever that was, was real good too. I feel that after the lyrics you could have i donno, maybe pumped up the bass and everything, and had a big synth come in, or maybe that synth you have going and maybe a counter melody on it. Possibly bring back the chords you had at the start. I just feel that after the vocals I was half expecting a "big bang" to create almost a second half to the song. Other than that, I thought it sounded very professional and overall very well done. 10'd and 5'd (returning the favor.) Nice work, and keep it up you two.

Haha, that humming was Distortions voice. Most of the vocoder/recording was Resonance, though.
This is, actually, the unfinished version of the song. We DO break into a huge dramatic melody with an awesome drum synth and everything :) I think it's gonna be too big to put on Newgrounds though... we'll see what we can do.

I love minor chords lol
this song is so nice, the opening was very well executed, with the organ, and the various synths. I the fade out is nice, and then the arp is wicked, very dark sounding. the vox is sooooo sweeeeet, I want vocals/vox for my songs lol. the ones you used fit in the song so well, adding more depth to the overall song. I also like the melody, very original. What can I say for the rest, it's really good!? ya :D keep up the good work!!!
