realy short game
The endings are kind of disingenuous "outside the question" conclusions that don't really address the moral aspect of it. Kill Baby Hitler, you cease to exist, which is beyond the intuitive consequences of the question (well, because time travel isn't intuitive) and not killing baby Hitler unexpectedly results in your death instead of, say, being forced to live with the fact you could've prevented the Holocaust but didn't.
On that time travel point, if you're going to argue that killing baby Hitler would cause you to cease to exist, then the entire premise of the game is nonsensical and the question loses any kind of weight, since the agency to correct historical mistakes would have already been victims of this kind of paradox.
I'm playing this straight in a game that has a secret ending with aliens because it seems you want it to be a conversation starter (according to the post-mortem) but it actually does a really bad job of that for the reasons above, I'm not thinking about the moral question (which existed and has been debated in many circles for a very long time) but instead of how inconsistent the setup is.
Anyway, the game itself isn't that great, I don't think it raises any interesting or unique questions (the... inconsistent? tone makes it kind of hard to treat this as a real think piece) and I find myself just spamming the click button to get the multiple endings for the sake of seeing what it has to offer, and that wasn't a good time. I don't think it's really bad just not necessarily good or groundbreaking.
