I don't get it, bit I LIKE IT.
Pretty cool, and reminds me of kaxblastard's "Bastards of the Universe" animation wise (although, admittedly, not on that level....yet(?)). There also seems to be parts @ the end that were a little TOO melodramatic, but, the fight scene was cool. With the main charas unconventional weapon.
OVERALL this is a fairly good feature that should get better as the series goes.

Nice little Samurai drama. But also confusing cartoony effects which do not realy fit the mood.
The timing when the masked attacker arrives is off. When she was desperatly searching for that boy and must have figured his life was in danger she had to attack emidiatly without even having the chance to realize the other person did not do any harm.
When the kimono assassine facepalms herself it is more like a humorous "Well I fucked up again" than "My god I killed someone who mistook me as a threat".
And what is this little flash back supposed to tell me? So they played Volleyball tother and made snowangels?
And the caroony scream at the end? Did the final realisation kick in after the adrenalin rush went down? She realized her life as a killer lead her to the loss of her humanity.
Pretty nice in its entirety and realy made me think. So I realy enjoyed watching it despite the flaws it has in my opinion.
