I can't much fault in this. Visually, it's solid work. I really wish you would have cited your sources. It's a neat video and a topic I've thought of a lot myself, but you really need the extra credibility that sources bring in. Maybe include some actual studies as well. Just some anecdotes like "scientists at X University studied this and found Y". I'm sure someone out there has documented a relevant study. The video is simple and easy to understand, which I feel is a very good thing.
If you wanted to take this to another level (after taking care of your sources), a flash version would be a great educational tool. Something younger students could click through and go more in-depth.
