I voted 5 for one reason: dude's face as his friend begins to float away. Something about the timing there you just nailed because I laugh every time I watch it.
Black and white works fine for what this is - a comedy short. But maybe instead of the still frame at the end you could have animated the last half second before he smashes into the ground.
Anyways, keep it up and good job!
