It dawned on me during the mellow bit controlling the circles that you actually inserted story into tic tac toe. I probably shouldn't be amazed, but I will admit to being impressed by that. You made me feel bad for the circles for my actions against them.
More challenging than the first. I prefer the first due to the unexpected nature of how it would go, but this added to it well despite knowing what to roughly expect when starting it. It could have been a bland sequel but the new puzzles and the story bypassed that.

How third graders be when they lose a game of tic tac toe
The game was fun, not too hard, but maybe even too easy? First I started thinking strategically but then I basically gave up on that and started mindless hit-and-miss playing. By that "strategy" I won very quickly. Game's graphics were good and the game itself is a fun way to waste time. It's a fun idea that can be developed. Even though I wouldn't put a lot of my time into it's still promising.
