This is the kind of shit my broke-ass family and I complain about. Nobody can eat healthy and safely on a budget, but you can damn sure avoid all fast food and still do better. There's cheaper ways to eat, by far, than fast food. And it doesn't have to have a long drawn-out cooking process.
Pasta, rice (brown, not white.), and plenty of beans, green vegetables, etc. and of course some meat here and there. Shit, practically anything you could cook in your kitchen is better than even the best fast food out there. Sure, half that food may be tainted too, but it's still better.
Great rant, fun to watch and probably full of truth. And uh...all hail Foamy or something.
