Very well made first full cartoon. I liked shade thrown at Undertale. I confess I never played Earthbound so I can’t have an opinion on it. That a side Ness is an absolute mad lad.

So much nostalgia along smooth animation and whimsical art, also quite funny.

That first gag with the scream caught me off guard so bad, I loved it. Beautiful art, great attention to detail, didn't go on too long, and your color choices were superb. Only thing that didn't look AMAZING was the run over scene at the end, but otherwise fantastic. I have a special respect for the BGs, very well made.
I like the part with the child murder and trash-eating, sweet cartoon dude. oh right, and the cwality animashun wuz nice.
I think you put too many jokes at the end that didn't have their own set-up. It should've just ended right as he threw up but everything after just hits you in the face. Maybe next time add a few more skits?
The quality of the animation was top-notch for your first full cartoon! I was very impressed!
