RigoMcFuzzyhead Animation could use a bit more work, at times it feels too stiff, could use better timing, but overall I really liked how you applied the 1980's anime aesthetics to this cartoon, i feel like the style worked and fit perfectly with the tone of this short. Also how could you not include an animated version of the famous Super Villain Shuffle? That's one less star for you.
