I didn't use the lighter fluid. Watched the walkthrough - the lighter worked for me without filling it :)

A well done Investigative game. Its worth playing!
Okay, so I go inside and defeat some evil entities. Then I gather and place the red gems (yawn) as usual. Then I get this final key and what happens? Nothing. A door opens, the game ends. Hey, I was supposed to defeat evil, the last key should have unleashed the Evil Boss character so I could defeat him and destroy the portal. One does wonder though as to why I want to stop evil from permeating the ruined asylum, and as to how that saves humanity.
