There's music and there are sounds too. No lag problem, pixel art is good. The only problem is a lack of content (a story, more enemies, more stuff etc.). For a game made in one day, that's not bad at all !
All in all, it's not a terrible game, it's just limited. It seems like a maze that's randomly generated. It feels like it needs more elements to it. The gun was a nice touch, also, a little explanation as to what's happening. For example, the ball you find that ends the game, what is that? How does it help my character escape? I think you might have something if maybe you can add something to give it more depth, like multiple endings, maybe NPC's that need help, other types of weapons, etc. All in all, not bad for being made in one day.
For a game made in one day and being your first attempt it's okay.
If you want feedback I suggest that the screens need to be bigger, rarley one can react to the alien, and also the door from where the player entered looks like is closed but the player can go through anyways, if you want to mark the entrance in some way maybe another way to draw it will be better than making the entrance grey.
