AutoHotkey script for the hearts:
Lalt::
MouseMove, 1045, 716
Click Down Left
MouseMove, 793, 701
Click Up Left
Change the coordinates if they don't work for your monitor.
Use an autoclicker for everything else
If you get lucky the holy beam will be to the right of the heart so you may have a small window where you can autoclick the hearts when they are inside of the beam to save time.
