Yeah, it's supposed to be an unofficial meme that Roger can get in any event, which is why he was allowed in but Steve wasn't. Also, I just wanted to make Roger meet Zim, I thought it would be funny haha
Was great, needs a little work regarding the outlines of the characters but overall was great. Btw i reported the 2bad review based on nothing in the reviews section.
