I definitely see the comparison to both the disturbing humor of Conker's Bad Fur Day and the awkward morals of South Park. It's hilarious, but not for the sensitive or thin-skinned.
It's worth noting: Click on everything. Try to use every object on everything and everyone, and view every hint possible even if you couldn't possibly need them. This is the only way to get all the medals; but furthermore, there are a lot of hidden jokes that you can only see by doing this. And it would be a shame to let any of this brilliant humor go unnoticed.

Playing this at work is definitely more trouble than it's worth.
for everyone that are trying to get all medals (like me,i have all) on the menu screen click on the walkthrough button,have a guide of the medals
