At max level (48?) and difficulty x6 the only real difficulty is how long the final boss takes to take down. Not sure why you would need anything other than the bow after difficulty x3 cause the double shot along with 55% chance to crit and the same DMG as the top sword there really is no point of engaging in melee combat at all. The freezing problems were real but the after 3 hours of playing and beating the game I'm bored. I can just sit there and run the slots until I either run outta money or max my stats out. At 14 per spin and 21000+ gold I like the odds of becoming a god.

Frequent freezing bugs. Also, certain gates keep punching me down under the platforms and I get stuck. I try to return to camp and the game freezes.

The game is overall okay. My main complaint is with the clunky and awkward controls. You oughta make it to where the player can change the control scheme to suit their comfort. Other things include not being able to put up the shield to block enemy attacks or aim your bow like the enemy archers can. The only other thing I would change is the difficulty of the couple of dungeon bosses before the final boss. They seem way too easy for being that far in the game.

Otherwise kudos on the self explanatory level design, nonchalant attitude of the main character (makes for some funny moments sometimes), and a decent panel of baddies good for the short duration of the game. I particularly like how you can use the enemy bombs to go really high in the air instead of it all being splash damage. Pretty cool. Anyways hope you take this review for what its worth. You definitely have talent but you can also definitely improve.

This game needs to offer the player the ability to change the controls. They're more than a little awkward as they are by default. Also, be sure that you allow the same input to apply to different actions depending on context (e.g. use/talk/melee attack).
