Pretty accurate. Especially the part about whistle status.
Also the part about how there's other forum sections for specific things, yet commonly everything gets lumped into general. There you'll frequently find video game topics (which are frequently locked with explanation to post in the video game forums) and politics topics (which usually get a free pass).

Fuck yes a relevant Newgrounds tutorial.
Would've been nice if there was lip sync though for the tankman, and some more movement for the characters would have helped this as well.
