Really funny game, I just laughed every time I saw his dad's face pop on screen, very good work
The secret medals are if you clench your ass on the middle of the poop making it explode, or if you do the same with your teeth. The developer probably also put it in so you can't cheat by holding the poop in place.

Bang on with that one! The overlapping collision boxes would also sometimes Crash the game so having it explode if held in there too long was hilarious/revolting way of minimising that issue happening. Cheers for playing!
