I honestly don't know how to describe this piece's theme - it feels a little melancholy, as if someone is walking through a place they know and love, but something has happened to leave it faintly tinged with sadness, but the overall feel is too upbeat for that explanation to fit well. Either way, good job - it sounds like something you'd hear playing with a silent animation, or a scene from a game.

With a slight touch of tyranny? this is parking lot is oppressing its people and they need a hero to stand up against high parking prices.
At least I felt their was just a little evil in it. just a dab of evil. It doesn't have to be an evil parking lot I'm sure you know.
