Nice little escape game. The solutions to the puzzles didn't feel random, and some of them were just deep enough that they actually made you think a bit.
I think the game lacks some of the comfort options of most modern point and click adventures, like having an object or area glow/outlined if it's clickable. This makes it easier to tell if the player is going to enter an area transition or manipulate something on screen.
It's been so long since I played the original I almost didn't notice the differences, so I went back and played the old version too. I like the new artwork, but miss the old navigation arrows, it was hard to find the hotspot for the ceiling, even though I knew it was there. Big improvement on the wire scene. Would love to see some more collabs from you two!
Good but extremely frustrating at times. As others have said it can be hard to figure out what you can click on and what you can't - a different cursor would help, and I wouldn't mind the option to go back or look at different views being highlighted rather than just clicking near the edges of the screen which left me very frustrated at times. A single word change would also have made this much easier... The 'instrument panel' you refer to is called a DASHBOARD.
