Reviews for "Roc'h Arnev Island"

If people are getting stuck where I think they're getting stuck, there's a literal button that will appear on the top left of the map "screen" that doesn't mark a place on the map but that you can push. Also, way to leave us on a cliffhanger axoona >.<

I love this game so much, but I haven't been able to complete the game because i'm stuck and even using the hint button i'm still stuck.

The photos were brilliant and the music you made went perfect with the game atmosphere

This is a nice game, but I was just never into point and click adventure games. I guess it's mostly because I don't know where to start. It's pretty boring. Anyway, this was very nicely detailed, though. I truly appreciated the use of photographs. It gives it a great genuine feeling.

I like how you can go to various places and stuff. You have good mobility. The sounds are nice. It just isn't interesting enough for me to truly get through. I wish you had a walkthrough.

axoona responds:

thank's for giving the game a chance and giving it a fair review even though you seem to not like adventure point & click games :)
I didn't want to make a walkthrough because I find that it spoils all the fun, people generally want to discover the solution by themselves. But I added spoiler free help section (click on the "?" button in right botomm corner) which will give you a hint about what to do based on current game position. Did you try it?

I like the changes from the original, except for the screen size constraints, why so tiny?

axoona responds:

thank's, I'm glad you like it :)
regarding the resolution, it's still the same size, I just changed the scale settings to "no scale" because display was funny in some browsers. so now the game keeps the exact photo resolution

Simple enough to let us dive in the story without spending too much time on the puzzles. Yet, sophisticated enough to to inspire the reader to solve puzzles.

Creative use of language as a tool for solving the main puzzle.

The graphics were perfect and the music is particularly relaxing, blending with the sound of waves.

Overall, immersive and captivating! Congratulations!

axoona responds:

Thank you! it means a lot :)
