It's quite the fun concept, but the only reason the game is playable is because the small units have no cooldown. Between creating multiple copies of the smallest dudes at once, their complete lack of any cooldown or penalty for using them, lack of power-to-cost on the small dudes, the fact that there are not hotkeys can almost be ignored.

But all those monsters look cool, and it's only realistic to bother with one because there's no way I'm going to be able to exert a meaningful presence on the map and keep on top of cooldowns on all my things. If you are going to develop this game more, hotkeys will not be optional- I like the concept and you've outright said it's a prototype, so I'm willing to allow some leeway.

Seriously, though. Hotkeys.

Brutal and unforgiving, but kind of addictive. Music gets me pumped, graphics are good, gameplay is questionable, though. I feel that sending players all the way back to the beginning for what was ultimately the tiniest mistake is a bit over the top, and the fact that tactics basically don't matter because everything swarms you instantly forces the player to spam Lampyris, giving little time for quick-switching Genemons and sending in the big guns to actually get somewhere is a bit tedious. Take your foot off the pedal there, man. Add hotkeys, slow down your pace, and ya good. I wouldn't recommend this game for people who aren't speed-typers or good with their fingers. Good time killer, regardless, though.

My god, is this game difficult... Farthest I reached was... Level 4? Fun, but got too angry too fast. 3.5/5 stars, it's a great game, lots of fun, but I just can't do it.

The game play and ideas are great, but far to easy.

All I had to do to win every round was spam Beringei (top left unit) until I saw a DNA or fusion cell drop, grab that then continue spamming. All the units looked cool, but other then when the enemy used those units or I used a fusion cell I never saw them.
