It's a really fun game.
For one hour, this is absolutely phenomenal. You managed to incorporate gameplay with obstacles, and a fresh sort of concept (I've never seen anyone try to put giant eyes on a dog). Sure it was quick, and sure it was simple, but I also consider the walls that surround the area and the background and the gameplay itself and we have a fully functioning game made within an hour.
Personally, I think you can really expand on this and make more levels, because this is a cool idea. By the way, you took the theme "adorable" to a whole new level, and I love it a lot.
