Reviews for "Another"

Holy cow! That was so far out surreal, yet so down to earth. This was weird as hell in the best way possible, and the artwork was outstanding! You got me attached to characters who speak no words, and get me to ride a rollercoaster of emotions in just 17 minutes. I think this is my favorite movie I have ever seen on here. It's like a Hayao Miyazaki film meets Bambi meets some kind of... something. I can't quite put my finger on what that something is, but I like it. I understand how long something hand drawn and thought out by one person can take, but holy shit, I added you as a favorite submitter so I don't miss whatever you put out next. It was just so bizarre (in the best way possible) that I don't even think you can call them plot twists. I had NO idea what would happen next, and I'm still processing it. I think I may watch it again tomorrow to see if there are subtle things I missed my first time around, because that really threw me for a loop. 5 stars, man. Thanks!

Well, didn't see that coming, at all lol. Not sure what to feel about this honestly, kinda mix in, but it was good nonetheless.

A high quality animation deserving much praise. You'll have my vote for best of October.

what a wonderfully twisted lil story, great animation. love the coloring too

You're animation and coloring give it the perfect atmosphere for this short film. How U do dat? I mean, the idea. How something like this enter in someone's mind? I really "liked" it. Is kinda sad but still "good". And btw, I rly wanna know when/how making this came to your mind. Nicely done!

I wrote this film with my brother and sister-in-law just before they got married. We were talking a lot about a person being responsible to a family. I don't know when the bear entered the story, but we drew an image of the wife and son watching as the husband/dad got killed by an animal, and the rest just sort of flowed from there.
