It was good but took a while to load
Fun and addictive!
Ok, 4 because Graphics are not perfect but it's addictive and fun! Idea and gameplay are old as hell but it's still fun. I don't know why exactly. Maybe because everything is smooth and solid. I just play and don't thinking about controls, movements, art or sounds.
Everything works together. And we have medals and interesting bonuses and different enemies, cool.
So strong 4.
I don't like buttons on Game over screen. I understand that you want be clever and fun but they are not good and not clear. So change button titles to something more clear.
Update background and GUI for something more professionally done and overall impression will be even better.

Your game worked for me when the loading screen said 0% loaded and I even earned some medals. I think you may have a game glitch. Anyways nice concept except I could fire only slowly.
