Reviews for "Mystery Survival Escape 2"

I was able to work through everything relatively quickly until the end. I've found the code, but when I put it in it says I haven't found it. Must be a glitch.

Is this series perhaps inspired a little by the Submachine games?
When I saw this - http://prntscr.com/7gozke - I couldn't help but be reminded of one of the puzzles in that game series haha.
I even got the vibe before seeing that.
But these are great! I'm looking forward to playing the rest of them.~

selfdefiant responds:

I've only played one or two of the submachine games. If it's similar it's just coincidence. :)

Ok series so far, puzzles are rather simple. Tip: There's a lot of stuff which will turn your mouse-pointer into a 'hand', trying to trick you into believing it's interactive. Interactive stuff however will always give you an info-line when clicked on. Don't bother with something if it doesn't.

For those having trouble with the code of the portal not being accepted: Open the book again and click on the code. You will get a line "This must be for the portal" or something alike, then the button for the portal will work. At least the console will save your code so you won't have to re-enter it.

To the author: I saw another reviewer ask you to put a note about the more flashy stuff in this game-series and I see you reacted to it in the author comments. Thanks. I know I'm nitpicking here but my doctor won't be able to tell me if a flash game I haven't played yet will trigger an epileptic seizure. So "Consult your doctor before playing" won't help. Maybe replace it with sth like "Contains fast moving colors/pictures which might trigger epileptical seizures in susceptible people" to make sure people know what to expect.

Off to play part 3 :).

selfdefiant responds:

Yeah, I looked around and wasn't sure what to put so I looked around and found that warning. I meant it in a good way. I figured if they saw it, it would let them know.
Thanks!

Have done everything...got the book...put the code in for the portal nut it tells me that I haven't found the code yet. Even watched the walkthrough to make sure I didn't miss something. Glitch won't let me finish the game. :(
