Stankowich's ability to blend narrative storytelling with hand-drawn visuals & watercolor paintings is euphoric. Something like this deserves to have a NewGrounds spotlight.

What a gorgeous short film. It's sort of difficult to understand the gist of it, but I think it's fluidity and beautiful watercolors make up for it.
So much to praise here.
Continuity of storyline (hit both Plot Point 1 and 2) and engaging characters; background music that sets the tone and builds suspense and compliments the narrative scene to scene. The artwork suits a fairy-tale, ephemeral in choice of translucent colour, and -delightfully- a minimalism that reminds me of Hasegawa (so difficult a restraint to achieve).
In short, I loved this work you did.
