very nice use of the sprites... ( i totally flipped my shit when i heard Ragna the Bloodedge's theme music kicked in) however, I noticed that the cutscene when the rogue thief gunner was holding his injured arm the wrong one... He was holding his left arm when it should have been his right. but still good fight scene

Yeah, when I re-watched i realized there was a few hiccups here and there animation wise. Its my first attempt at a full scale animation like this so their might be a few issues. But i plan on getting better as I go! >=3~
Absolutely amazing, the intro and ending music were amazing, the guitar was epic, i loved how used pixel art for fighting and regular animation for serious scene. I especially liked the part when he said he doesn't even understand his own power.I hope to see more from this series.
the only thing i didn't like was when the main character used is special attack on a normal enemy. it would've been better to use it on the leader or at least a group of enemies at once

Admittedly, this had (what I thought was) a very SLOW START, complete with the typical anime movie/show "oh so ARTSY music video" opening (you know the kind, with the main chara./someone walking, charas. looking off into the distance, running, & doing all kinds of random shit ^_^).
BUT, I'm glad I powered thru that (not saying it was horrible, I was just thinking "OK, so where are we going with this?") and found a pretty cool start to a new NG series(? hopefully!). The charas. from the main, to the "cowboy bandito", even the "rouge" henchman makes you wonder if he(?)'ll play some part (tag along after the main chara.? Might make a good comedy relief. That belly flop in the middle of the intensity was kinda charming ^_^).
