You didn't really need to voice the old lady, that she wanted to cross the street was already heavily implied by the situation (also, her voice was terribly done, so the unnecessary line became a serious detriment to the quality of the piece). The animation was spot on, though.
Is it just one guy animating? You're superhuman fast at getting these out haha
