I like the animation, and the rice...
Not bad, definitely not great though. The joke is funny, although the execution leaves a little to be desired.
And when half your runtime is taken by credits, I'd say something is horribly wrong.
Looks more like... he cooks the computer? Thought the credits appeared as a break in the animation at first, but it seems... I'm not getting the joke here. Nicely animated though.
