There are two ways to make satire. One is to make something good out of something bad while pointing out everything bad in the premise, the second is making something even worse and saying it was on purpose. The route this game takes is quite obvious.
A good satire would be an idle game which keeps adding features to the point of becoming a real game. Every feature would me presented as an amazing new gameplay mechanic such as movements! shops! team members! skills! plot! until you get an rpg.
