Main characters are from Melty Blood, The sisters(white hair) are custom, grunts from MVC2.

I love the little details added even when one character is supposed to be the focus of the scene. Very good timing with everything as well. My only suggestion though is give character text a color designated to them since you aren't putting their names before that text. During one of the scenes no character was on screen. While we are to assume which one was talking if you were to switch who was talking the audience might get confused, or easily lose track. But through colored text we could get a sense of which character was speaking, and it will allow for more text to be spoken by that character if you do more flash back's with verbal narration.

Thanks for that ! ^ ^ It was actually suppose to be like that from the get-go(Episode 1) But after Episode 2 , i just... kind of stopped doing it. lol Thanks for the heads up though.
