I'm not that into pokemon but you've made it very simple and these 3 are the common starters.
The animation was nice, the idea of making them introducing themself and having evreything in an oldschool pixel grapic like thing is also awesome.

It's great man this animation is really accurate from what I felt when I first played Pokemon!
That was amazing. I'm personally a Squirtle kinda guy, but I feel like you did him justice too, so it's cool. Didn't know where you were going with Charmander, but that was awesome. Woulda preferred it without the nasty language, so now I can't show this awesome video to my family... thanks.
All the same, kudos, and maybe someday, I too will find a classic Gameboy that can play GBA graphics on it. [STYLE INTENSIFIES]

2 stars for picking the 3rd best pokemon I would have gone with the 1st one water beats fire, not only that but hes a flying type so it would still beat one you picked. So grey has the upper hand even if he kicks him in the balls.
I would have gone with water type because its the best to pick, yeah 3rd one is flying that doesn't matter to me because water would still be the better pick even if you pick the 3rd and its better because of the moves it has that do more dmg.
