Not only was this well animated but the timing of the gags was excellent.
I think you'd be able to get a job in animation with this short alone (but I, somehow, think you'd be overqualified for it). ^_^

Santa's hat got a boner from the sight of cookies :D Your animation is quite enjoyable, looks like a 90s cartoon, but higher quality. I love how the dog is shaped like a square. My favorite was the part with the kitties.
