Graphics are eight, but you were working with sprites so I didn't put it any lower, since the visuals weren't yours ;-)
Style is nine. Sometimes it felt kind of clunky, but for a sprite-fight from a Flash game, I'm quite impressed.
Sound is seven. Again, you were using sprites and soundbites that weren't yours, so not your fault, though it was quite jarring when the music just cut out.
Violence is nine--the fight was fun, entertaining... great! No interactivity, so N/A / zero.
Humor was nine. There weren't really any jokes but the concept was funny. And it was sorta funny when the FBI barge in right after the fight.
Overall, an eight. But hey, you seem to be good at the AH spoofs... how about a Flash series starring one of the FBI sprites as a CIA agent? I always thought the FBI sprite was super cool. If you used sprites from the console game, you'd have plenty of moves for him, and even some KGB in Siberia for him to infiltrate...
