''I may only have about 30 minutes of experience within this game, but can I tell it's already good and it's getting better!''.
When I first started the game itself, I was a little bit judgmental, thinking that it's another regular RPG-adventure game. Boy, was I wrong about that. The game is extraordinary and I love it, I usually don't really enjoy messing around with games within Newgrounds, but this one caught my eye.
So, what's good about this game so far? Well here's a short review that I can state at the moment (with the experience I have).
Pros:
1. The pixel art is stunning, It's really well made and you can see there's been work put into it.
2. Gameplay is pretty smooth, controls are straight forward and you even have the option to play with a controller (how cool isn't that?).
3. The story so far seems to have some depth into it, but it stays rather simple, ergo everyone can have a good time playing it (well, at least what I've played so far).
4. The music is wonderful, not many games actually take time to think about the music, but here the music takes it part.
5. Because of the music, art and gameplay, you do get a well made game with a lot of atmosphere in it. The music fits when it's either calm or intense, controls are straight forward and battles tends to have some puzzles within them (such as the first boss, armored king toad.)
Cons:
1. Even though the gameplay/controls are smooth, I tend to have a difficult time getting used to it around specific mobs (to hell with those frogs). Even though that seems to be a problem, it isn't really major at all, you simply have to get used to it (as with most games).
2. Story so far doesn't seem too interesting, but hey, I've only played about 30 minutes. Take this point rather easily.
3. ???
For me personally, there aren't much cons for the time being. Even if they do exist, they don't really prove much of a point, pretty minimal affection. I could probably continue writing forever, but I am pleased with this review of the game. In short manners, the game is amazing. There isn't much to complain about, and everyone that's into RPG-adventure games should easily have a good time playing this.
Lovable, simple and overall great. Indeed a good game for my liking.

Really good game. One problem, after I rescued lisa the gate to the beginning town isnt open anymore and I think I'm stuck.

Probably the best flash game ever made
Wow, I remember this game! It played such a major role in my childhood, and despite playing the whole game over and over again for years, it never got boring. I'm not here to brag, but I probably played this game more times than any other player. I remember the dialog and everything! It's also a shame to see that the sequel hasn't been made yet, me and my friends have been looking forward to it for many years now. This game brings back so many nostalgic memories for me.
