Good stuff. Shame there isn't more meat. It could use some more sound effects as well. I'm missing the old 'pew-pew' that used to please us to no end back then. At any rate, the graphics, design, and music are all first-rate, and it does at least very nearly really evoke those old days of the NES. Nintendo would never have done something this cool back then, but that's another issue. If you want a kickstarter to expand it, polish the controls, add a story, co-op, more sound, etc., I'd probably contribute at least.

Well, Snow Crash it is not. Still liked the post-apocalyptic vibe and the retro-ish graphics.
The controls were seem kind of rough to handle though, or maybe the animation rate is just so choppy on my machine I can't tell what's going on until it's too late. Lucky if I can maneuver well enough to make two deliveries before crashes or gangs do me in.

Yeah sorry there are some performance issues. If it seemed choppy it was definitely running too slow.
