Did not expected the end, but he got him
God, that was funny! I really didn't see that twist coming! Seriously though, I love the over-the-top nature of their makeout. I also really like the bandit's facial expression when the Sheriff put the other poster up. In fact, I really like the facial expressions throughout the whole thing. I just wish the sheriff's face was a bit different in the next-to-last panel. Like, maybe, in the first panel, he could be looking up instead of down so that in the penultimate panel he'd be focusing on the bandit. Also, the joke with the want and need itself is really good.
Good job, just maybe a bit more variety would be nice.
