Reviews for "The Grocery Store"

Loved this game, along with all of the others in the story! However, I can't tell the difference between the meats. Do they go in the order you list them in, or do I have to pay close attention to what they look like?

waffrus responds:

I tried to keep them in the order that I listed them (left to right, top to bottom).
Sausage links = pork, patties = beef.
I thought about labeling them, but since chicken and squid were just words, I figured, eh, fifty-fifty chance is okay, haha.
Thanks for playing! <:

i like it. however all items except the vegetables are hard to distinguish. Can you tell me if i am getting the items left to right correctly.
~Vegetables
-Green leafies = Lettuce
-red round fruit (mind you tomatoes are fruit not vegetables) = tomatoes
-Brown ovals = potatoes
Tan Teardrops = onions
~Meat
-Large cylinders = squid
-sausage links = pork
-Large meat cuts = beef
-small meat cuts = chicken
~Starches
-white bags = flour
-Green boxes = noodles
-Yellow cans = rice
-red boxes = ???

waffrus responds:

Thanks!
Some are right, some are not. Added an edit to help with the ambiguity. Hope that helps!

I was playing this game and enjoying trying everything (eventually just using your walkthrough) to get the Cook 'Em All!!! medal, but as I was playing, I made Pork Belly with three recipes left to make and got the medal somehow...? The ones I had left were Attack of the Kraken, Chicken Curry, and Hamburg Steak... Maybe I got it by getting the other endings the right number of times...? Anyhow, it might be worth looking into although it might be hard to reproduce. Congrats on the great work you've been doing throughout the series!!!

Well that was good:) i will like to play the other games by this author! :D stay cool everybody

I got the "Cook 'Em All!" medal, even when I haven't cooked 'em all yet. But still, very cute and lovely game. Good timekiller. Nice job, Waffrus!
