Reviews for "WTC - Superhero"

If Jesus could save anything it's a quarter

Since all the Jesus's I've met are poor as hell. If there were a God why would it bother with whatever we idiot people do anyway. Plus he sure would've picked a cooler name. Liked the story and hope that wakes some Christ-nuts up.

man you are friggin awesom

i love how facist christians cant accept the simple truth this flashed owns in graphics sound and a pretty good overall question at the end of it

"on the sixth day god created man... but on the seventh day man in his infinet gernerasity created god" Mark Twain <---tthe man

Rating: 10.0(Preeminent)

Great question!! If a loving, just, merciful God exists, why in the world would he save a hunk of metal instead of three thousand human lives? Once you've thought about that question a bit, Jesus H. Christ's actions are almost laughable. I'm willing to bet $100.00 that this movie has assisted in freeing at least a dozen people from the shackling effect of religious dogma. The artwork is excellent, and the sound is outstanding. All in all, very engaging, and very profound. Try as I might, I cannot find anything wrong with this!! Too bad your average scores are low because of all the Bible-beating, cross-waving religious nuts who didn't think hard enough about the question. It's sad, really... This is definitely THE most underrated flash that I've seen so far!

+ Great graphics/sound
+ Jesus H. Christ as a superhero somewhat funny
+ Profound question
+ This has the power to free people from religious slavery

Interesting movie...

This is an interesting movie, which more than challenge the religion itself, shows the utter arrogance of those who practice it. Want proof? Read the rest of the reviews here. The decent graphics and well done sound are reflected in my score,

This guy never once says God isn't real aside from claiming to be an atheist. What he DOES do, however, is dispute a ridiculous claim that God took time out of his busy schedule to make sure a giant cross landed in the wreakage, surrounded by the gore of 3000 corpses. Tell me, why? Was it a message that all of America is a bunch of sinful assholes not worthy of saving? It sure as hell wasn't a blessing as some people are implying!!! Continuing to believe that God is personally responsible for that craven image is sinfully arrogant, and if you should attack this man for pointing out the ludicrousness of that assumption, you are nothing but a sinful, hate filled person, who calls himself a christian without being bothered to actually understand and follow the teachings of the lord.

(I'm an atheist as well, but trust me when I say the christianity in my blood runs thick)

hehehe

Good point - but I'll admit to be being biased - I bait all religionists, who insist on telling me I'm wrong, 'cos of god talking to them (er, lithium deficiency, I think you'll find..). Small point - I was raised a christian, but strangely when I couldn't get reasonable answers to my many questions (like why did god give me a brain, if he didn't intend me to use it properly?..) I had many doubts.. So I've now got the opinion that if there is a god, then it is an immature personality (Do as I tell you, or I'll hit you for ever - how mature..) or that people will ascribe blame all over the place, rather than face the reality that life, in general, sucks...
And I have friends of many religions, who have learnt to not even try to discuss religion with me, 'cos I study it lots - it's fascinating (to me) the amount of effort that people will apply to justify their actions, rather than taking personal responsibility - god told me to do it, so I feel fine about it...
And, yes, the WTC incident was a tragedy - but as a lot of the money going towards the IRA in britain was from the 'irish-americans' in the USA, how does it feel to see your money being used supporting terrorism? Blowing up innocent people, who had no direct influence on the 'troubles' in ireland, was not terrorism - it was freedom fighting, apparently... I'm sure the dead felt happy about being vapourised, to prove a political point... and before you (idiots) start, I don't think the british should be in ireland, but how do you get 2 communities, who loathe each other, to talk reasonably about settlement? I don't know - and I think that hundreds of years of violence have showm that no-one else does either...
may your gods give you the life you deserve, or maybe you can strive to make life better for all, withour waiting for god to do it.. I think he's abdicated all responsibility for his actions - like I said, very mature...
