Nicely made! All graphics and voices are good. Some moments we even think it's a real episode!
There is some flaws, of course, but it's fan-maded, it's just a little unfair to review it like a Matt and Trey work.
Now that we already have good South Park parodies like this "Stan-Armstrong", "Kyle-Jersey", "Cartman-Dog the Bounty Hunter" and "Kenny-Heavy Metal", all from the
main show, and this your "Cartman-Doctor Who" fan maded parody, please do some more like, maybe, a "Kenny-HeMan" parody, explaining what Kenny was doing in his
absence during most of Season 6 and why he died far less times since then.
That's just a crazy idea i have some time ago, like Kenny going to the Nightmare City of R'Lyeh for the first time, instead of going to Heaven or Hell, and there having some He-Man-Thundercats adventures and misadventures with the "Power Sword of Omens" (parody of "Power Sword" of He-Man and "Sword of Omens" from Thundercats, having the Power Sword's power to transform Kenny into a HeMan version of himself - "the most powerful 4th grader in the Universe", with armor and unhooded - and to transform his rat into a Battle Mount - maybe this rat can be Lemmiwinks? - and the Sword of Omens' power to "give Sight Beyond Sight" - which Kenny can use to see whats is happening on Earth, control Cartman in "The Biggest Douche in the Universe" episode, and spying on girls, of course).
Also, some others characters can help him in his adventures, like the Super Best Friends, and Buddha (or Krishna?) can explain that Kenny die a lot because "his karma is bad", because of his Cthulhu's Immortality curse, and the Super Best Friends can "cleanse" his curse when Kenny save the Universe defeat Cthulu for the first time - second time will be in "Coon vs. Coon & Friends" episode, when Cthulu will be defeated not by Kenny as Mysterion, but by Bradley as Mint-Berry Crunch - and when Super Best Friends team becomes complete - Jesus will only be there after dying in Iraq in "Red Sleigh Down" episode. The cleansed then makes Kenny less vulnerable to misfortunes by making his power now "holy" instead of "evil" (or "half-holy, half-evil"), and making Cthulhu do not remember Kenny anymore - making Cthulhu ignore him in the ending of "Coon vs. Coon & Friends" episode.
In the end of the episode, Kenny is send to Earth without memories of the other dimension - but feeling a deja vu when sended to Nightmare City of R'Lyeh again in "Coon vs. Coon & Friends" episode, and reunite with his friends to celebrate Christmas just like the ending of "Red Sleigh Down". Then Kenny appears again in his "He-Man" routine, to give his "I learned a lesson today" final speech. The name of this episode can be "Kenny Lives" - as it's a sequence of "Kenny Dies" episode - or "Ken-ny" - parody of "He-man".
But that's just a idea of a South Park episode. Feel free to use this idea and part of it to make another awesome movie. :)
