Reviews for "Outlaw's Escape"

Does not work. I only see the wagoon, the title and the button links to Just Pine Games, Appstore and Google play. There's no button to start playing.

Firefox on Debian.

Remember, for a game to be fun, it needs to be possible. I found all the items but couldn't solve shit without the walkthrough. Some of these puzzles were just bullshit that didn't make too much sense.

The only drawback is the morse-code puzzle being poorly thought out/ put together. The poster and poker chip puzzle was also difficult to figure out.
I only completed the game because of the walkthrough; which soiled the innocence of the game-play. This is too good a game to have its purity violated by walkthroughs.
Aside from that, the rest of the game is pretty fun and entertaining; once.
If there were rewards for replaying it, or maybe different ways of completing the game it would harbor more interest.

Nice piece of work though.

Hmmm.
Minor Spoiler Alert:
Piano code made sense to me. If you tried the piano you knew you need four keys. Only the Morse code had four key puzzle to it. I guess being too lazy to look up the actual Morse code helped :p.
What DID NOT make sense to me was the gamble chip code. There are 3 sets of black, 4 sets of Red, 2 sets of blue and 3 sets of white. Too much to figure out which number to set :<

I liked this game! The puzzles were very clever. It was clear that thought had been invested in devising them, and (for the most part) they didn't demand too much of the player.

...EXCEPT for that piano puzzle! I actually liked the misdirection, but using the letters "AKQJ" was almost abusive. I did the exact same thing as Illusion-XIII: I wasted a half hour looking for something that doesn't exist. What person ISN'T going to automatically think of playing cards? Especially in a Wild West saloon? The puzzle is challenging enough as it is, without provoking the player into wasting time and getting frustrated with a red herring that offers no clue that it IS a red herring.

Thank goodness for the people below who reviewed this. If they hadn't, I would have given up and moved on. But really, nice work on this! I enjoyed it very much!
