It is a bit lacking in the voice department. Was this her first time doing voice for a hentai animation? Is she a beginner? Do you think you could ask her to keep voicing your animations? She has a lot of potential and i'm sure you can drag it out.
Colors are fine. What took me in were the faces (and the elven girl's lips). I liked it. You don't need extremly detailed graphics for something to be good (it does help sometime, though). You got everything that is necessary, the rest would be.. decoration. Not unwanted, not mandatory, but always welcome =) Good luck with the funding, i'm sure someone with your talent can find a good sponsor. I'm sorry I can't help on this matter.
You know what this lacks the most?
A sequel.

Whether this is just the first time I've really seen you flex your skills, or this is just the next step in your progression as an artist, I can honestly say this is awesome. Can't wait to see the next one, and the one after that, etc. etc.
And as to the voice acting, I have to agree that it is quite above par. Yes, it comes off a little emotionally detached from the scenario at times. But compared to the vast majority of things that come through here, I feel safe in saying this was great.
