I'm going to list a whole bunch of nitpicks with the game, but keep in mind I'm doing this because I very much like what I see. I really like the writing. Each character is well characterized and charming, the story is compelling, and there's a great amount of effort put into worldbuilding. The systems are solid and fun, though not greatly explained at some points (What to the stat values on consumables mean? Is there a way to increase a stat cap without elf juice?) and somewhat imbalanced in general, but completely within reason for an alpha.
But my biggest complaints are UI related. The UI should be streamlined so the player can move through the menus as quickly as possible and without having to move the mouse much. It's really nice that there are keyboard shortcuts, but there aren't enough. Ideally, the player should be able to play with one hand (if you know what I mean) and not need to switch between the mouse or keyboard for anything. Using keyboard shortcuts is more efficient than moving the mouse around, but the keyboard shortcuts only cover a few options.
And I can't emphasize enough the amount you have to move the mouse around The arrow to advance the dialog sections is small; I'd prefer to be able to click anywhere on the screen and still advance the dialog. The little 'x' button to exit the sex animations is irritating to have to click too. I also keep expecting that I can click the menu tabs (like "inventory" and "clients") to open the screen, and then click them again to close them. I feel like I have to keep shifting my hands back and forth to play the game, which is irritating when I'm trying to play a relaxing simulation.
Again, these are all minor complaints and a hassle to implement to boot, especially when there are higher priority features to work on. It's a testament to your talent that I can't find anything particularly wrong about the game itself, and can only complain about quality-of-life problems like the whiny critic I am. I wish you best of luck on this project, and I am very excited to see how it turns out.
